Determination of shipping costs
We would like to offer you the best shipping conditions. For this reason we have no general shipping costs. We orientate ourselves on your postal code and therefore determine the best shipping method.
We are not able to use this calculation for the shipping costs, if the quantity of goods are more than 30 pcs or are over 999 kg. In this case, please inquire about the desired products using our contact form. We will take care of this individudally and find the optimal solution.
Damage in transit
Despite careful packaging and the endeavor to always deliver impeccable goods, we unfortunately cannot completely rule out transport damage.
Therefore we ask you to note the follwing:
Obvious transport damage:
As soon you receive the goods, we ask you to check the delivery immediately for external damage and to document the possible damage. Take pictures of the damage and send them to us at email@example.com. In this way, we have the opportunity to review the claim and find the best solution for you.
Hidden transport damage:
Hidden transport damage only becomes apparent after the goods have been unpacked. To report a hidden transport damage, you can send us a picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of delivery. In this way we can process your request promptly and find the best solution for you.
After you have reported to us, we will immediatly inform you about the further steps, depending on where the damage occurred during delivery.
